This southern exposure holiday villa “Willy’s Cove” was designed in a beautiful contemporary ranch style architecture. The house, which was completely renovated in 2022, is  located in walking distance to several popular restaurants and shops as the Lobster Lady, the Overtime Pizzeria & Sports Pub, Publix supermarket etc. . Close proximity to Cape Harbor and Rumrunners Restaurant, too. It has Gulf access and guests can use the private dock at the canal for boating. It has a huge flat yard where kids can play or adults can enjoy an outdoor oasis.

The classically modern house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and one bright office. It offers plenty of space for an extensive family vacation for up to 6 people. The living room has a large TV and a comfortable sofa set. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. The adjoining bathroom has a free standing bathtub. 2 bedrooms have king-size beds with Ralph Laureen bed linen, the 3rd Bedrooms comes with a kid’s bed (twin) and a foldable bed (twin).

The kitchen is open to the dining area and has a hatch to the terrace.

The pool is equipped with an electric pool heater, so that nothing stands in the way of swimming fun in any weather.

Enjoy the sunset with a cocktail on the boat deck or start your boat tour from your own jetty.

The house has free WiFi and 3 Xfinity-Streaming-Boxes, beach chairs, parasols and a small cool box, which you can take with you for a day at the beach. Furthermore, 2 bicycles are available for you in the garage.

We will be happy to provide you with a baby crib and high chair on request.

You are welcome to park your boat at our boat dock, but the lift is used by the owner himself and cannot be rented. Cars can be parked at the large driveway since the owners car is stored in the Garage.
